iPhone Potential

It is not difficult to find an app that allows the iphone to view a separate webcam.
My idea is to set up a webcam on a computer screen at first, and perhaps then become more technical.
This could lead to the iphone simply serving as a portal between the screen and your home computer.
Then all you would need is a monitor and you have a fully functional computer wherever you go.

The ideas are limitless:
  • full computer access wherever you go
  • access to an xbox 360 wherever you go
For the latter idea one would require an xbox 360 controller to send a signal through the iphone to another controller back at home.

These ideas would require fast internet connections, but they are feasible.

Mental Cocoon

It's time to dabble in a little psychology.

From my experience, those who have the basic necessities in life, but not luxuriously cradled turn out the best. This is because they are forced to escape from the world in a certain outlet. Those with constructive outlets, invest a load of time into a constructive field and emerge into the real world with a skill. However, those who do not have to mentally cocoon do not achieve this.

In other words, if a caterpillar is completely content with life, the only reason to cocoon is because he has to, which does not yield desirable results.

Vacations

I broke my post a day routine, because I did not have internet connection for a while.
I'm sowy.

My favorite are:
  • San Diego, California - perfect weather year-round, sweet waves :p
  • Aspen, Colorado - perfect snow, and ski-in/ski-out lodging.
  • Venice, Italy - very cultural and beautiful city.
How about you?

Sleep

Sometimes I reflect and wonder
what happened to a good sleep
I don't know about you, but there seem to be too few hours in one day.
It used to be I could finish all of what I set out to do and go to sleep.
Now there are so many distractions that even when I'm in bed, I can't go to sleep because I am just so distracted.

btw does anyone know some good ways to get sleep?

Sad Books

I am tired of reading sad and depressing books for school.
There was a time in America when things like heroism and courage were emphasized, not things like a little girl dealing with cancer, or a man returning to his war-torn country to rescue his illegitimate half-nephew, because his illegitimate half-brother was shot execution style.

I understand that these books display real world situations, but they should not be required.

Favorite Blogs (other than this one of course)

My favorite blogs include:
engadget
tuaw
joystig
xbox360fanboy

I dislike digg, because I use these types of blogs in order to sift through all the crap on the web, but digg highlights some of this garbage.

List your favorite blogs as well.
