Sleep

Sometimes I reflect and wonder
what happened to a good sleep
I don't know about you, but there seem to be too few hours in one day.
It used to be I could finish all of what I set out to do and go to sleep.
Now there are so many distractions that even when I'm in bed, I can't go to sleep because I am just so distracted.

btw does anyone know some good ways to get sleep?

  2. Sleep deprivation is a universal and growing concern.

    There are likely more deaths from drivers falling asleep at the wheel than there there through drunk driving.

    It's a worry.
